How To Do This
1. Right click on my computer and choose Manage line.
2. Now in new opened window from left side choose Disk Management, and from disk list choose one of partitions and right click on that and press on Shrink Volume... button.
3. Now is opened a new small windows. Now in that windows 3th line you need to enter new partition size you want and press on Shrink button.
4. Now you can see new partition but you still can't open that partition, you need to do next. Right click on the Unallocated space on a hard drive and select New Simple Volume. Now click on Next button, and now you need to enter the space for which you want to allocate for your new drive from the unallocated space on hard disk or you can use complete available memory for your new drive.
5. Now you need to select drive letter ( for example F,E,K ).
6. And now after this all you need to format that new partition. But before press on Format button you need to choose NTFS ( New Technology File System ). Then keep allocation unit size as default and the name of the new drive can be changed as you want. Now you can press on Format button. When format completed, all is done you create a new partition.
